Entries must be completed and paid before race day, entry fees may not be settled on race day.

Entries will close at 10pm BST on 17 April 2026, with the draws published as soon as possible thereafter.

In accordance with Scottish Rowing rules we will verify all license numbers prior to the regatta; please ensure that all your rowers’ licenses are up to date to reduce the chance of a rejected entry.

Competitors can only enter a boat class once (except for mixed events). For example, a competitor can only enter one single, one double, one quad and one four. This does not apply to mixed events, so competitors can race mixed double in addition to another double. There is no cap on the total number of entries, so competitors could potentially enter 5 races (a single, double and mixed double, quad and four).
